Thank you for choosing an original Emilly Brooke Rubin for yourself or a loved one. Due to the handmade nature and materials used in making our jewelry we would like to assert that all sales are final. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged for store credit, applicable to purchases within 10 days of receipt. Items must be free of perfume, unworn, in their original packaging and the same condition as they were received. Please note that shipping will not be included with the credit. Store credit does not expire. Custom, bespoke and pieces that have been sized are always final sale.

When returning items please keep them in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as FedEx or UPS). Emilly Brooke Rubin Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail.
Repairs : The studio is able to offer repairs on EBR pieces on case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the repair. Repairs outside of regular wear and tear are available at cost (labor and materials). Should the piece need more extreme TLC, for example-- if you drop your piece on a tiled floor, catch it on your clothing or you run over your piece with your car (this has actually happened), then there is only so much we can do repair-wise.
*** Repairs and custom orders are completed in the order in which they are received. Due to the fact that I make everything myself I adhere to this strict policy and with the bulk of repairs being completed during the off season when the gallery is not open. This time frame being from October through March. During the season I work soley on orders and stock. I apologize if this is an inconvenience but unfortunately, I do not have anyone to date who can effectlively do repairs and more importantly emulate my work. As I am certain you would prefer to be wearing your pieces. I am one person and therefor must adhere to a strict protocol and ask that you do the same in respect to everyone in front of you. This way I am able to give my complete attention to you, your custom order and repair with the upmost efficiency ***

We will tell you how to pack and where to ship your piece. Once received, your piece it will be assigned a number, placed in the safe while it awaits its turn. My work can take time to assemble but I will do my best to get your piece completed in time for you to enjoy it.
All Emilly Brooke Rubin jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to info@emillybrookerubin.com. I will assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, as well as the cost for repair.
Replacements : The EBR studio can usually replace an earring if one is lost in a set, but will need the single left behind in order to match it. The cost will be 50% of the current price of the earrings, plus shipping. Please email the studio for more details.
Ring Sizing : Most if not all Emilly Brooke Rubin rings are one-of-a-kind and can be sized to accomodate your finger within reason. For custom orders and online purchases this fee is customarily included. However, in the exception additional materials must be ordered to accommodate a ring of unusual size (or a size increase that is not standard) there will be a small sizing fee, plus materials and shipping. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@emillybrookerubin.com for more information.
Shipping, Taxes & Duties : We ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@emillybrookerubin.com.
State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped in Massachusetts.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
